Carol Cannon

Carol Cannon graduated from Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1982. She was a Class 1 gymnast, All State Gymnast, and Equestrian.

Beginning her college career at the University of Oklahoma, she then transferred to the University of Utah to pursue a career in Athletic Training and received her degree cumlaudein 1987. She then obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While in College, Carol began competing in Triathlons, and began her career in Group Fitness.

After graduating, Carol went to work for a sports orthopedic physical therapy practice in Ventura, California. She was the exercise specialist to the patients, taught back stabilization classes, and served as Athletic Trainer to the local High Schools. While in Ventura, Carol won the Ms. Ventura, and Ms. Pacific Coast Bodybuilding Championship Titles.

Carol has over 20 years of Personal Training experience. She has worked with all populations from general fitness to athletes and youth. She has developed several successful programs such as Winter Cycle Training, Fit Nut, and, FIT. She is also a certified Spinning instructor, a Master Trainer for Resist-a-Ball, and Promise Enterprises. Carol teaches Resist-a-ball and Kickboxing Certifications, and provides educational seminars.

Carol's current endeavor is training for Ironman distance triathlon, and becoming a USA Triathlon Coach. Carol enjoys hiking, camping, snow skiing. Tubing and bowling with her 2 children.

Carisse is currently playing soccer for the University of Utah Women’s Soccer team, who has achieved it’s highest National ranking ever at 10th in the nation. She has been attending the University of Utah ’02- '06. Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science, Fitness Leadership.
National certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT.
During her high school career she was named to the Deseret News all-state first team as a junior and senior. Voted Bountiful High Athlete of the Year in 2002. Was team captain during the `01-’02 season. She also lettered in track for four years and basketball for three. She led Bountiful to state championships in soccer and basketball in `01 and received the Award of Defensive Player of the Year. She is a two-time all-state track athlete. She placed second at state in the 300-meter hurdles in ‘01, and placed third in the 300-hurdles in ‘02 and won the school’s 2002 Award of Outstanding Performance. She also played soccer for the Utah Futbol Club and her team won the State Cup in 1999.
Carisse is originally from Bountiful UT, and comes from a family of seven with two older brothers, an older sister, and one younger sister. She enjoys sports and being active. She loves to fly-fish, camp, cook, rock climb and go river rafting>

Spencer Toone:

High School

Spencer Toone graduated from Snake River High School in Blackfoot Idaho. At Snake River High he was a team captain and an all-state free safety and running back in 1997 and 98. Snake River won the 1997 and '98 state championships. He also lettered in basketball, baseball and track all the years he was in high school.

Junior College

After high school he started all 12 games for Ricks Junior College and helped lead them to a win in the 1999 Real Dairy Bowl Championship. At Ricks he lead the team on the big play board and tackles. He also returned kicks on special teams and returned one for a 97-yard touchdown.

University Of Utah

At the University Of Utah, Spencer was a three-year starter and senior team captain. During his career he was coached by the finest coaches in college football. He started both years under Coach Urban Meyer where they won back-to-back Mountain West Conference Titles in 2003 & 2004 and went on to be the first team in college football history to break into the BCS defeating Pittsburg in the Fiesta Bowl. His senior year he was coached by Kyle Whittingham and captained the team to an Emerald Bowl Championship. As an All-American candidate linebacker Spencer lead the Mountain West Conference in tackles his junior and senior seasons.

Spencer has been trained by the best and the brightest helping him develop critical skills and techniques that he is able to share with others in both football and specific combine training.

Professional

Spencer was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2005 where he played from 2005 to 2007. Spencer was a contributor on special teams and was awarded the game ball against the Indianapolis Colts in 2006.

Education

Spencer earned his Bachelors Of Science from the University of Utah in the field of Speech Communications. Spencer was an exceptional student athlete and earned Academic All-American honors his senior season graduating with a 3.8 G.P.A.
